Project overview:

Project Name: LNG Transmission Pipeline Project

Owner: ADNOC Gas Operations & Marketing LLC

ADNOC Gas plans to enhance its existing pipeline network to meet the supply needs of potential users under extreme conditions and to accommodate future demand growth. As part of this pipeline enhancement plan, ADNOC plans to construct a new pipeline to transport gas from the RLPP (Ruwais LNG Pre-processing Plant in Habshan 5) to the Ruwais LNG Plant (RLNG). This gas transmission will be accomplished using HGCP's ESTIDAMA compressors.

The scope of work includes:

1. 56-inch Pipeline and Ancillary Works

This section transports natural gas from the Habshan 5 Area Gas Processing Plant (RLPP) to the existing HGCP compressor station. The pipeline is approximately 25.8 kilometers long. This includes one receiving and one sending/receiving area, one line valve room, and associated communication and cathodic protection work.

2. 52-inch Pipeline and Ancillary Works

This section transports natural gas from the Habshan Compressor Station (HGCP) to the Ruwais LNG Plant (RLNG). The pipeline is approximately 154.7 kilometers long. It includes one receiving and sending area, five line valve rooms, and the related communication, cathodic protection and other working areas.

Scope of this Tendering:

3.2.1 Clearance and transportation of all line pipes (details as Attachment 6) from Khalifa Port to the pipeline route (pipeline route diagram details as Attachment 5).3.2.2 Clearance and transportation of hot induction bends (details as Attachment 6) from Khalifa Port to KP-29 (24.0434810, 53.1725080).3.2.3 Clearance and transportation of All project materials (CIF materials) (Equivalent to 80 40-foot containers) from Khalifa Port to KP-29 (24.0434810, 53.1725080)

Note: All project materials (CIF materials) include large-sized valves with actuator. For this part, separate consideration should be given to the lifting and transportation plan. For details, please refer to the 13th and 14th review items in the Attachment 2 Format of Technical Bid.

Requirements for Bidder

The bidder must have both customs clearance and inland transportation capabilities.

Provide your direct or indirect transportation record of 48-inch and larger Line pipes for ADNOC projects in the past eight years (2018 to date).

No customs clearance or transportation accidents have occurred in the past three years (2022 to date)

Submission of Bidding Documents

Bidding documents shall be composed of two components, “Technical proposal” and “Commercial proposal”, The submitted template must comply with Attachment 2 and Attachment 3

The Technical proposal shall be submitted to bidding@enlinkenergy.com before 9 AM on 14 Nov, 2025 (Abu Dhabi Time).

The Commercial proposal shall be submitted to bidprice@enlinkenergy.com before 9 AM on 14 Nov, 2025 (Abu Dhabi Time). The Commercial Proposal shall be encrypted. The encrypted password shall be sent to the email box separately:password@enlinkenergy.com.

To enhance confidentiality, the deadline for password submission is 30 minutes after the deadline for document submission. It is recommended that you provide the password within 30 minutes after the document submission deadline (you may use the "scheduled send" function of your email to set the time for the email to be sent).

The overdue delivery of the bid documents will be rejected, and the delivery time shall be subject to the time of designated email ID.
