国家战略，浦东区委区政府希望通过与上海广播电视台进行新一轮五年战略合作，通过
区台合作模式，借助双方资源优势打造（改版）一个能体现国家战略、具有财经特色、 凸显浦东元素的频道，即浦东电视过江项目。项目中标频道需在上海本地为免费清流频 道，在上海以外的地方可通过卫星或者IPTV等其他方式覆盖。电视过江项目自2015年区 台合作至今，一直由上海浦东广播电视传媒有限公司提供，每年通过单一来源采购方式 购买其服务。为保障项目工作正常开展，故只能采用原供应商继续提供服务。
