为便于供应商及时了解政府采购信息，根据《财政部关于开展政府采购意向公开工作的通知》（财库〔2020〕10号）等有关规定，现将昌吉国家农业科技园区安全生产生态环境局2023年5月采购意向公开如下：

1	环境空气自动监测站点位监测、调整及运维服务项目	（1）对建成区范围颗粒物进行7天雷达平扫，设置1个固定点位全天候扫描监测，选择出环境空气质量相对较好的位置及区域，用雷达在该区域垂扫3天（走航监测），走航监测每天不低于16个小时，结束后提供雷达监测报告；需结合历史数据、气象数据分析评估形成风场分析报告。（中标后2日必须开始走航监测）（2）根据雷达监测报告对拟选出两个点位进行比对监测（搭建两座临时站房，安装两套六参数自动监测设备），连续监测15天，监测结束后出具点位对比技术报告。（3）对点位论证报告确定的点位进行标准站房建设，站房建设必须参照国家标准站房建设要求，安装围栏、Z字梯，面积不小于15平方米。（4）新建站房完成后，对原站点进行设备搬迁，确保新站点数据调试正常（包括用电系统接入和专网接入、监控设备安装）。（5）对搬迁新站点进行为期一年的运行维护服务（按照国家标准、规范维护）。（6）在运行维护期间，对园区污染源成因进行分析，出具污染分析报告周报、月报、季度报、年报，为环境空气质量改善提供数据支持。	900000	2023年05月
