Procurement Notification of China Southern Airlines Aircrew Service Project

中国南方航空股份有限公司航空服务部就南航机组人员异地驻勤保障酒店项目进行竞争性谈判采购，现邀请符合条件的供应商参与。有关事项公告如下：

China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd. is announcing to launch the aircrew accommodation service procurement project, now we are inviting qualified service provider to participate the bidding. Please refer below for the details:

一、项目名称：洛杉矶驻勤酒店服务采购（备份）

Project Name: Aircrew Accommodation service procurement in the city of Los Angeles

三、采购项目内容Project Requirement

本项目是针对南航各分子公司机组人员异地驻勤保障酒店的采购，住宿地点洛杉矶，计划时间为2021年11月。项目采购内容包括：根据航班运行计划，需安排机组人员在当地的客房住宿、餐食、车辆等异地服务保障。

CSA Aircrew Accommodation service procurement project would be take place in the city of Los Angeles from November of 2021. The service detail is to provide Aircrew Accommodation service, Meal service and transportation services according to flight schedule.

四、供应商要求Supplier qualification

（一）供应商须具备三星级及以上酒店标准。

Supplier must be meet with 3-stars hotel standard or above.

（二）供应商必须是当地注册的公司，具备当地政府承认合法有效的营业执照。

Supplier shall be registered in local government and with valid business licence.

（三）供应商应当购买相关保险且保额能够覆盖在履行合同义务过程中可能产生的任何索赔。

Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement.

（四）酒店简介。Supplier Introduction.

五、供应商报名Suppiler Registration

1.公告时间：2021年11月4日至2021年11月8日

1. Notification Period: from 4 November, 2021 to 8 November, 2021

2.报名时间：2021年11月4日08时30分至2021年11月8日17时00分止，向南航航服部发送报名资料（见附表），原则上逾期送达的报名资料恕不接受。

2. Registration Period: Registration form submitted from 08:30am,4 November, 2021 to 17:00pm 8 November, 2021
