仪征升力防排水材料有限公司，位于南京、镇江、扬州经济圈的历史文化名城扬州境内的江畔古城仪征。南临长江黄金水道，北依宁通高速公路、宁启铁路，东近江苏苏中机场。现代交通资讯便利，是信息流、物运流、人才流、资金流的交汇中心。公司创建于2001年8月。经过十年的艰苦创业、顽强拼搏、务实求新、锐意进取，目前已拥有固定资产10088万元，职工106人，其中各类专业技术人员36人。年销售额达3亿元。企业已通过了ISO9001质量管理体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系认证、铁道部铁路产品认证（CRCC认证），并获得全国工业产品（建筑防水卷材）生产许可证、江苏省第一家特种专业工程（防渗）专业承包施工资质。
我公司是国内专业从事HDPE、PVC、EVA、PE、ECB/EVA、CPE等高分子防水卷材、针刺非织造土工布及桥梁防水用聚氨酯防水涂料的生产企业。产品规格：厚度0.5~2.5mm、最大幅宽8m。产品有光面、单糙面、双糙面等形式。年综合生产能力2000万m2(折合20000T)。生产工艺先进，检测设备齐全。分别执行：国家标准《高分子防水材料》（GB18173.1—2006第一部分 片材）、《针刺非织造土工布》（GB/T17638-1998、GB/T17639-2008）的规定、《客运专线桥梁混凝土桥面防水层暂行技术条件（修订稿）》（科技基2007－56号、通桥2006－8388号）。依靠一流的生产设备、雄厚的技术力量、先进的生产工艺、完美的检测手段、严格的质量管理，保证了我公司生产的升力牌产品品质一流、技术指标均超过国家相关标准的要求。升力牌防排水卷材具有优良的防渗能力、施工方便、耐高低温性能卓越、工程造价低等特点，在京沪高速铁路、包西、厦深、向莆、宜万、贵广、云桂、武康、武合、武广客运专线、甬台温、温福等铁路工程中；在上海市、广西贵满港、桂林、钦州市、百色市靖西县、防城港东兴市、贵州沿河、重庆秀山、成都市纳雍县、江西寻乌、辽宁盘锦、大连庄河、安徽、山西河津市、湖南鹰潭市、江苏淮安市、镇江市、昆山等地城市生活垃圾卫生填埋场及公路工程、水利工程、隧道工程等各种防渗防水工程中得到大量应用。受到用户的一致好评，2008年在铁道部举办的包西铁路、厦深铁路招投活动中，一举中得铁路建设史上最大的隧道防水板包件（300多万m2）；被京沪高速铁路股份有限公司评为滑动层防水材料A级供应商。
