山东浪潮华光光电子股份有限公司（简称“浪潮华光”）起源于1999年11月成立的山东华光光电子有限公司，是中国大陆第一家实现高亮度发光二极管产业化的公司。浪潮华光由浪潮集团、山东大学、潍坊市投资公司共同出资筹建，2011年完成股改，注册资本2.998亿元。
Shandong Inspur Huaguang Optoelectronics Co.Ltd(Inspur Huaguang)originates from Shandong Huaguang Optoelectronics Co.Ltd founded in Nov.1999,which is the frist company dedicated to the high-brightness LED mass production business in the Mainland of China.Inspur Huaguang is a joint venture established by Inspur Group,Shandong University and Weifang Investment Company.In 2011,Inspur huaguang finished the stock system reform.Its registered capital is 299.8 milion Yuan.
浪潮华光是国家级高新技术产业，致力于化合物半导体光电子外延材料、芯片、器件和应用系统研发生产，拥有完整的产业链，是国内同行业唯一同时具有全色域LED、民用LD外延材料制备、管芯生产、器件封装及应用产品一条龙生产技术的企业。公司在国内光电子行业处于领先地位，也是国内规模最大的激光二极管芯片和器件成产企业。
